A perfect finish from Nacho decided matters in Real Madrid's favour at
the Bombonera, as the Spaniards overcame Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 in the

The defender had only been on the pitch for two minutes after replacing Marcelo, but converted a wonderful first-time effort from out wide after Toni Kroos' shot had been deflected.
